About the Council
Introduction
TTMSTR Council is a charitable educational trust registered in Kerala under Reg. No. 377/IV/2024. The Council was set up to promote skill-based education. It designs, standardises and certifies vocational programmes at Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma levels.
The Council does not run classes itself. Its programmes are delivered through a network of affiliated institutes throughout Kerala. The Council sets the curriculum and quality norms and conducts assessments, and it certifies the candidates who succeed.
Objectives
- To promote employment-oriented skill and vocational education.
- To develop a standard curriculum and assessment framework for skill programmes.
- To affiliate, monitor and support training institutes across Kerala.
- To issue trustworthy certificates that anyone can verify online.
- To make quality skill education affordable and reachable for learners from all backgrounds.
- To keep improving quality systems and to seek further accreditations.

To be a trusted name in skill certification, giving every learner skills that are recognised, relevant and lead to employment.
Mission
To set clear standards for skill education. We do this through a strong curriculum, fair assessment, regular monitoring of institutes and certification that stays transparent.
Quality Policy
The Council runs an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. We are committed to improving our curriculum, assessment and service to students and institutes all the time.
Governance
The Trust is administered by its Board of Trustees under its registered Trust Deed. Academic and examination matters are handled by committees the Board constitutes.
