About the Council

Committed to standards in skill education

TTMSTR Council® (TTMSTRCT) is a registered charitable educational trust in Kerala (Reg. No. 377/IV/2024). It was set up to develop, standardise and certify skill-based vocational programmes. The Council is registered with NITI Aayog (NGO Darpan) and MSME (Udyam), and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

We work with training institutes throughout Kerala. We set the curriculum and conduct assessments, and we issue certificates that can be verified online. Our aim is to make every learner job-ready and to keep our certification credible.

The Council follows an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and keeps working to improve its quality standards and accreditations.

Process

How Certification Works

  1. Institute AffiliationThe Council inspects the institute and approves it as an affiliated training centre.
  2. Student EnrolmentStudents register for an approved programme through the institute.
  3. Training & AssessmentStudents are trained on the prescribed syllabus and then assessed to Council standards.
  4. CertificationSuccessful candidates get a Council certificate that anyone can verify online.
